Description
This lot consists of ten original theatrical one-sheet movie posters released between 2000 and 2002. These posters were produced for cinema display within the United States market and represent a variety of genres from major Hollywood studios. The collection includes Max Keeble’s Big Move (2001) from Walt Disney Pictures; Along Came a Spider (2001) from Paramount Pictures starring Morgan Freeman; Hearts in Atlantis (2001) from Warner Bros. and Castle Rock, based on the book by Stephen King and starring Anthony Hopkins; Antwone Fisher (2002) from Fox Searchlight Pictures, directed by and starring Denzel Washington; Unfaithful (2002) from Fox 2000 Pictures starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane; Bubble Boy (2001) from Touchstone Pictures starring Jake Gyllenhaal; Snow Dogs (2002) from Walt Disney Pictures starring Cuba Gooding, Jr.; Murder by Numbers (2002) from Warner Bros. and Castle Rock starring Sandra Bullock; Hollywood Ending (2002) from DreamWorks Pictures, written and directed by Woody Allen; and The Skulls (2000) from Universal Pictures starring Joshua Jackson and Paul Walker. All posters are printed on standard poster paper and were originally distributed for theatrical promotion.
Dimensions: Approximately 27 x 40 inches each. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The posters are in overall Good to Very Good condition, displaying typical signs of theatrical use and long-term storage. Common condition issues found across the lot include pinholes at the corners from theater display, varying degrees of surface creasing, and handling marks consistent with being rolled. Light edge wear and minor scuffing are also present. The poster for The Skulls exhibits more pronounced horizontal creasing across the center.
