Description
A collection of ten original theatrical one-sheet movie posters produced for cinema display in the United States between approximately 2000 and 2002. This assortment includes promotional materials for major motion pictures from various studios such as Miramax, Paramount, Universal, DreamWorks, and New Line Cinema. The featured titles include K-19: The Widowmaker (2002), Reign of Fire (2002), Evolution (2001), Pootie Tang (2001), Captain Corelli’s Mandolin (2001), The Family Man (2000), Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002), Iris (2001), Price of Glory (2000), and Lucky Break (2001). The posters display artwork and billing for numerous high-profile actors, including Harrison Ford, Liam Neeson, Christian Bale, Matthew McConaughey, David Duchovny, Julianne Moore, Nicolas Cage, Penélope Cruz, George Clooney, Drew Barrymore, Julia Roberts, Judi Dench, and Kate Winslet. Each poster is printed on standard paper stock intended for use in cinema light boxes or bulletin boards.
Dimensions: Approximately 27 x 40 inches each. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The collection is in generally good theatrical-used condition. Most posters exhibit small pinholes or thumbtack marks at the corners consistent with previous theatrical display. Visible signs of handling include light surface creasing, minor edge wear, and horizontal rolling marks. There are no significant tears or major paper losses noted.
