Description
This lot consists of ten original single-sided theatrical one-sheet movie posters produced for cinema display and promotional use. The collection represents various major film studios including Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Columbia Pictures, Touchstone Pictures, Hollywood Pictures, and Nickelodeon. Each poster features a standard theatrical billing block containing cast lists, director and producer credits, studio logos, and MPAA rating symbols. The titles included in this assortment are Bicentennial Man (1999) starring Robin Williams; Here on Earth (2000) starring Chris Klein, Leelee Sobieski, and Josh Hartnett; Dude, Where’s My Car? (2000) starring Ashton Kutcher and Seann William Scott; Get Carter (2000) starring Sylvester Stallone; Double Take (2001) starring Eddie Griffin and Orlando Jones; Just Visiting (2001) starring Jean Reno and Christina Applegate; The Score (2001) starring Robert De Niro, Edward Norton, Angela Bassett, and Marlon Brando; Ali (2001) starring Will Smith; K-19: The Widowmaker (2002) starring Harrison Ford and Liam Neeson; and The Wild Thornberrys Movie (2002).
Dimensions: approximately 27 x 40 inches each. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
These posters are in used theatrical condition consistent with previous cinema display. All ten posters exhibit visible pinholes or tack holes in the four corners. The lot shows varying degrees of surface creasing, edge wear, and horizontal rippling or \"waves\" caused by rolled storage. Specifically, Bicentennial Man shows more pronounced surface creasing across the face of the sheet, while Get Carter and K-19 show minor crinkling along the edges. Colors remain vibrant across the entire collection.
