Description
This Gamo Whisper CFR is an under lever cocking .177 caliber single shot pellet air rifle featuring a fixed rifled steel barrel and a black synthetic all weather thumbhole stock. The fixed barrel design is intended to provide greater accuracy over time compared to traditional break barrel designs by maintaining a consistent barrel to receiver alignment. The stock is equipped with an adjustable cheekpiece, non-slip textured surfaces on the grip and forearm, and a ventilated rubber buttpad. The receiver features a Gamo 4×32 scope mounted on an elevated rail and includes ND52 noise reduction technology at the muzzle for reduced blast. Key markings include the laser-etched manufacturer and model designation GAMO WHISPER CFR VELOCITY 1100 FPS with PBA Platinum on the top of the receiver. Additional markings on the breech include Cal. 4,5 (.177), MADE IN SPAIN, and a stylized bow and arrow logo. The serial number 04-1C-885669-10 is stamped on the left side of the barrel near the breech. This item is presented with its original factory box which identifies the manufacturer as 2010 GAMO OUTDOOR USA, Inc. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The air rifle is in very good condition with the matte black finish on the metal components showing minimal signs of handling wear or thinning. The synthetic stock is well-preserved with sharp texturing and no significant dings or scratches. The bore is bright with clean, well-defined rifling. The under lever cocking mechanism and rotary breech function smoothly, and the trigger appears to operate correctly, though the rifle has not been function tested with pellets. The Gamo 4x32 optic has clear lenses and a sharp reticle. The factory box is intact with some shelf wear and light creasing to the corners.
