This collection consists of several non-fiction volumes focused on the United States Marine Corps and major combat operations in the Pacific Theater during the Second World War. Campbell, The Men of Company K: The Autobiography of a World War II Rifle Company (William Morrow and Company); Robert Leckie, Strong Men Armed: The United States Marines Against Japan (Da Capo Press); Col. The volumes are primarily octavo in size, bound in publisher’s cloth or boards with original illustrated dust jackets, with one softcover trade paperback included. The works are illustrated with archival photographs and maps. We do our best to describe all items in the sale, and we definitely take a ton of photos. But, we are not able to guarantee authenticity or era of items in the sale. Please carefully look at all photos (up to 100 in some cases on our in-house platform) to judge for yourself what you are buying. All sales are final. Our in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Wednesday, July 15, from Noon to 5 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
