Description
This garment is a 1958 Swedish military issue cold-weather coat liner designed for use with a heavy parka or field coat shell. The body is constructed from a dark brown synthetic plush pile, while the wide collar is trimmed with natural long-hair fur. The reverse side is finished with a tan, coarse woven cotton or canvas backing. The design features raglan sleeves and include a single grey four-hole plastic button with corresponding button-holes for attachment. The interior backing fabric displays a large black ink stamp featuring the Swedish national emblem of three crowns (Tre Kronor) positioned above the date 1958. Faded alphanumeric characters, likely representing a size designation such as C52, are visible to the left of the central emblem. The garment is presented on a modern black plastic hanger marked size L.
