Description
This collection contains several military decorations and insignia associated with a United States Army infantryman from the World War II era. The grouping features a Combat Infantryman Badge (CIB), 1st Award, characterized by a silver-tone M1795 Springfield musket set against a light blue enamel background and surrounded by a silver wreath. The reverse of this badge is marked STERLING. The set includes five ribbon bars: an Army Good Conduct Medal; an Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal featuring two bronze service stars; a Philippine Liberation Medal; a World War II Victory Medal; and a Purple Heart. Completing the group are two overseas service bars consisting of gold bullion chevrons on a dark navy blue wool felt backing.

Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
