Description
This assortment of collectible buttons encompasses a variety of materials, styles, and periods. These items are buttons featuring Victorian opaque glass in carmel tones, Vauxhall and mirror glass, and goldstone. The collection includes gentlemen’s buttons crafted from slag glass, with some examples bearing the backmark H.T. & SONS * BIRM. Other categories represented are crackle glass, coronet styles, and a selection of modern novelty rubber buttons. Several of the rubber buttons remain in their original Cool Gear retail packaging, while others are loose or mounted on cards. The buttons are organized on several display cards, showing various construction methods including circumflex shanks.
The display cards measure approximately 9 inches in width. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. We will charge a $5 fee if you want to pick this lot up another day. Once packed up we will send you an invoice for shipping & handling. Shipping questions: [email protected].
