Description
This lot features a collection of antique and vintage buttons professionally mounted on thematic cardstock presentation boards. The assortment includes various materials such as carved mother-of-pearl, shell, metal with brass escutcheons and cut steel accents, and decorative glass drum style buttons. Theses items are buttons that exhibit a wide range of styles and periods, with some boards categorized by material or design including Carved MOP, Mother of Pearl, and Drums. Many examples show intricate carvings, pierced work, and composite constructions. The collection is presented on several color-coded boards with handwritten and typed labels.
Measurements: 11 inches by 8.5 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
