Description
These are buttons presented on two display cards titled Plants and Plant Life. The collection features a variety of botanical motifs including flowers, leaves, strawberries, cherries, pears, bamboo, and a cornucopia. Construction materials include brass, pewter, silver-tone metal, cut steel, celluloid, and wood. Several examples exhibit multifaceted surfaces, inset glass accents, and Victorian picture button styles. One notable piece is a carved cream-colored celluloid palm tree.
