Description
A trio of mid-20th century US military uniform items comprising two wool serge Eisenhower-style waist-length jackets and one pair of matching trousers in olive drab. The first jacket is marked size 34R and features sewn-on Staff Sergeant rank chevrons. The second jacket is marked size 40R and features Technical Sergeant rank chevrons in white on a blue ground, finished with an iridescent green interior lining. Both jackets are designed with zipper fronts, pleated chest pockets, and adjustable waist tabs with metallic buckles. The matching trousers are constructed with a button fly, belt loops, and rear pockets with pointed button flaps. All garments are manufactured from heavy-weight olive drab wool serge. We do our best to describe all items in the sale, and we definitely take a ton of photos. But, we are not able to guarantee authenticity or era of items in the sale. Please carefully look at all photos (up to 100 in some cases on our in-house platform) to judge for yourself what you are buying. All sales are final. Our in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Wednesday, July 15, from Noon to 5 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
