Description
A World War II-era U.S. Army Signal Corps Keyer TG-34-A, designed as a specialized electronic training device for Morse code instruction. The unit is housed in a rugged, olive drab riveted metal transport case equipped with a folding side handle, heavy-duty latches, and rubber feet. The internal assembly includes a motor-driven mechanism with an open reel for paper tape and a power cord with a vintage two-prong plug. The control panel features toggle switches for Speaker and Motor, alongside rotary knobs for Volume and Photoelectric Cell adjustments. A nameplate identifies the device as Signal Corps Keyer TG-34-A with a manufacture date of 1943 (21841-PHILA-43), specified for 115/230-volt AC operation. The interior deck features a black textured finish with white schematic-style markings. Burns in-house shipping is available.
