Description
This lot features three cast iron machine shop tools and associated hardware. The first item is a Pittsburgh brand cross-slide table, stock number 5979, manufactured in China. It consists of a T-slotted work surface mounted on a two-axis sliding mechanism, secured to a circular base with elongated slots for machine mounting. The hand cranks are equipped with graduated adjustment dials. The second item is a heavy-duty 6-inch drill press vise, marked Taiwan on the underside and embossed with a 6 on the jaw housing. It features integrated side mounting flanges and a steel lead screw with a knurled handle. The third item is a tilting drill press vise with a pivoting mechanism designed for angled work. All items are constructed primarily of cast iron with steel hardware components. A small loose metal plate and a washer are included. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
