Description

This is a professional rack-mount audio power amplifier manufactured by Crown International, Inc. in Elkhart, Indiana, U.S.A. The unit, model number UT2020, is constructed with a metal housing featuring a black textured finish and integrated rack ears for standard equipment mounting. The front panel includes a main power toggle switch, a circuit breaker reset button, and two detented rotary gain control knobs with numerical scales. Each channel is equipped with LED indicators for Signal, Clip, and Fault status, alongside a central green power indicator. The rear panel features a large cooling fan, dual Speakon output jacks, and inputs for both XLR and 1/4 inch connections. According to the manufacturer label, the unit operates on 120V AC at 60 Hz with a 9.5 amp draw, providing a rated output of 660 watts per channel at 4 ohms. Condition report:

The unit is in used condition with visible dust and debris accumulation in the cooling vents and on the exterior casing. There are visible scuffs to the housing and minor paint wear around the rack ear mounting holes. As noted by the user, the unit powers on; however, the Channel 2 Fault LED is illuminated bright red in the provided photographs, suggesting a potential internal malfunction or protection mode engagement. The Signal and Clip LEDs for Channel 2 also appear active or reflective. Full operational functionality has not been verified, and the unit may require professional service or repair.
