Description
A four-string tenor banjo featuring an open-back design and a reddish-brown finished wood neck. The dark-stained wood fingerboard is fitted with 19 frets and seven white dot position markers. The headstock is unmarked and equipped with four friction-style tuning pegs with black plastic buttons. The pot consists of a dark-finished wood rim secured by a 20-bracket metal tension system. The metal tension hoop is stamped with the characters BJ-1100 H5. The instrument is fitted with a Remo Fiberskyn Elite synthetic head, a wood bridge with a plastic insert, and a metal tailpiece.

Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The instrument is in moderately used condition. Visible wear to the finish is present on the back of the neck and headstock, including scratches and small dings. The metal hardware shows surface oxidation and pitting consistent with age. The synthetic head is intact but exhibits surface soiling and moderate use. No case is included.
