Condition report:
The item exhibits signs of age and significant wear. A large longitudinal tear is present in the red fabric hat, exposing the interior stuffing. The right boot has a noticeable chip at the toe. General paint wear, scuffing, and minor loss are visible on the head, stockings, and boots. The mesh body shows overall surface soiling and discoloration consistent with age but remains structurally intact.
