Description
A large group lot of doll restoration and styling components. The collection features numerous doll wigs in assorted styles including curly, wavy, and straight, with colors ranging from blond and honey blond to light brown, dark brown, black, and auburn. Included are multiple packages of bulk hair for doll making, such as hanks of polypropylene filament and braided or crimped lengths. The lot also contains several doll pates constructed from cork, composite materials, and fabric-covered buckram. Visible brands include Dollyspari, Monique, Syndee’s Crafts, and One & Only Creations. Some packaging is dated 1990. One wig is marked size 8. Items are noted as being made in China and Taiwan. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The lot contains a mixture of New Old Stock (NOS) in original retail packaging and loose components. Packaged items show varying degrees of shelf wear, including crinkling, dust, and vintage price stickers. The loose pates exhibit signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, adhesive residue, and various holes. The wigs and hair supplies appear generally well-preserved and suitable for restoration projects.
