Description
An assortment of die-cast and plastic model cars, featuring classic American automotive designs from the mid-20th century. The collection features various models including a green 1937 Packard marked on the base as a Solido No. 4037 and made in France. Also included is a pink 1:43 scale 1959 Cadillac Series 62 convertible marked made in China, a cream-colored Plymouth Fury with Chrysler trademark marks on the base, and a blue and white 1961-1963 Ford Thunderbird marked made in China. The remaining models consist of a dark green 1967-1968 Ford Mustang coupe, a dark green Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray coupe, a white 1958-1960 Ford Thunderbird convertible, and a pink early Ford Thunderbird convertible with a black and white interior. The vehicles are constructed with die-cast metal bodies and plastic components, featuring free-wheeling mechanisms. No packaging or boxes are included with these items.
Blue Ford Thunderbird length: Approximately 5 inches. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The collection shows light surface wear and accumulated dust consistent with open-air display. The blue and white Ford Thunderbird has two strips of masking tape applied over the roof and windshield, suggesting a loose or detached roof piece. The remaining models appear complete with minor scuffs, light paint wear, and typical signs of age-appropriate handling.
