This lot consists of a United States Postal Service (USPS) “American Commemorative Collections” binder containing a group of commemorative stamp panels from the late 1980s and early 1990s. The brown textured binder features gilded titling and the USPS logo on the front cover. The interior includes multi-ring plastic sleeves housing individual informational panels. Each panel comprises a mint never hinged (MNH) block of 4 stamps, secured within protective mounts, alongside illustrated historical text and technical specifications for each issue. Visible issues represented in the collection include 1987 Christmas (Scott #2362-2366), 1989 Executive Branch (Scott #2411), 1989 Lou Gehrig (Scott #2417), 1989 US Senate (Scott #2410), 1989 Prehistoric Animals (Scott #2422-2425), 1988 Francis Ouimet (Scott #2378), 1989 Ernest Hemingway (Scott #2419), 1991 William Saroyan (Scott #2540), 1989 Letter Carriers (Scott #2421), 1989 Arturo Toscanini (Scott #2408), 1990 US Supreme Court (Scott #2441), 1991 Savings Bonds (Scott #2533), and 1989 Native American Art/America Airmail (Scott #C121, Scott #2426). Printing was executed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and the American Bank Note Company as indicated on the marginal panel text. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:

The stamps are in mint never hinged (MNH) condition with original gum and intact perforations. Centering is generally fine to very fine. informational panels are clean with no evidence of foxing or significant toning. The binder is in good overall condition with minor shelf wear and a small yellow adhesive price tag on the upper right of the front cover. Plastic sleeves show typical light handling wear but remain clear.
