Description
A pair of vintage brown leather tall pull-on riding or field boots by Colt Quality. The boots are constructed from reddish-brown leather with leather soles and stacked leather heels. They feature internal pull tabs and a distinct stitched insignia on the outer calf consisting of two intersecting arcs. The interior of the shaft is stamped with a circular maker mark containing the image of a horse and the text COLT QUALITY TRADE MARK, alongside the numbers 480 24485 : 5 and 737. These boots are characteristic of mid-20th-century American equestrian or field footwear, of the type utilized for cavalry or officer service.
Height: 18 inches
