Description
This lot comprises a collection of US Army military field gear and uniform components stored within a heavy-duty olive drab metal transport trunk. The metal chest features a hinged lid with internal support stays and external latching mechanisms. Included in the lot is a tan cotton duck canvas field bag, visually consistent with an M-6 gas mask bag, featuring a black stenciled U.S. mark on the front flap and adjustable webbing straps. The collection also contains a modern US Army load-bearing vest in Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) with nylon mesh and webbing for modular attachments. Several olive drab green utility garments, characteristic of the OG-107 fatigue pattern, are present, including one piece preserved in a clear plastic bag. Additional items include an olive drab canvas protective hood and a circular threaded gas mask filter canister. We do our best to describe all items in the sale, and we definitely take a ton of photos. But, we are not able to guarantee authenticity or era of items in the sale. Please carefully look at all photos (up to 100 in some cases on our in-house platform) to judge for yourself what you are buying. All sales are final. Our in-house shipping is available. Pickup is Wednesday, July 15, from Noon to 5 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
