You don’t have to take it all, just what you want. A couple of pieces aren’t included in the lot – we blacked them out with black lines. This collection comprises a variety of residential furnishings and household goods. Furniture includes a light-finished wooden dining table with matching spindle-back chairs, an upholstered sofa featuring a tan and black geometric pattern, a coffee table with a faux-stone laminate top, and a black metal-framed futon with a gray mattress. Storage pieces include several wooden curio cabinets with glass doors and integrated shelving units. Decorative items consist of assorted glassware, ceramic vases, table lamps with fabric shades, artificial floral arrangements, and various figurines. Kitchen equipment includes a white microwave, a drip coffee maker, and sets of ceramic and glass dinnerware. The items are constructed from a mix of solid wood, wood veneers, metal, glass, and synthetic materials. You must come pay, load and remove during the pickup window of Saturday, April 4 from 11 am to 3 pm at the home in Choctaw Lake, OH. No exceptions! You don’t have to take it all, just what you want. No sales tax collected on this auction. If you don’t bring help, or show up, or come too late to get all your winnings we will not refund you, instead I will read you this line reminding you that we asked you to come on time and bring help.
