Description
This collection of buttons is presented on three display cards. The assortment features a wide variety of materials including early polymers such as celluloid and Bakelite, molded glass, metal filigree, and mother-of-pearl. Decorative motifs across the collection include geometric patterns, floral designs, and intricate figural and abstract compositions. These items are buttons that vary in size, color, and construction method, with some featuring inset materials and others displaying relief-molded details. Two cards are specifically labeled Mixed Polymer and Mixed Materials.
Cream card: 8.5 inches wide
Blue card: 8.5 inches wide Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
