Description
An assortment of antique and vintage buttons presented on four display cards. The collection includes specimens of glass, composition, and metal work, alongside beaded fabric and pure beadwork examples. Construction materials include silk, velvet, glass seed beads, faux pearls, and base metals. The items demonstrate a variety of needlework and decorative techniques such as embroidery, crochet, lace-making, and filigree. Printed labels on the cards identify the groupings as FABRIC (BEADED), BEADED, and ASSORTED FABRICS SET IN METAL. Some individual pieces feature handwritten notations including VERY EARLY and CIRCUMFLEX SHANK.
Card width: approximately 8.5 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
