Description
An assortment of antique and vintage buttons featuring various materials and decorative techniques. The collection includes glass buttons with gold and silver-toned aventurine-style flecks, iridescent inclusions, and molded or carved surfaces. Other materials appear to include celluloid or early plastics. Decorative motifs include floral patterns, geometric designs, and a profile of an animal head. The color palette is diverse, featuring black, brown, vibrant blue, red, and multi-colored speckled finishes. While primarily circular, the lot includes square, rectangular, and hexagonal shapes, along with one spherical bead. The items are secured within circular cutouts on a grey display board.
Board measures approximately 9 inches in height. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
