Description
A collection of vintage buttons primarily composed of Bakelite and Catalin phenolic resins. These items are buttons featuring a wide array of colors including red, green, orange, yellow, brown, and black. The assortment includes diverse shapes such as rounds, squares, diamonds, and intricate floral and geometric forms. Many examples exhibit carved, molded, or marbled patterns, with several incorporating metal filigree or wire accents. The collection is mounted on a light gray display board which bears a typed label identifying the materials as phenolic resin from different companies and a handwritten marking Class 171.1.
Display board: 10 x 8 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
