Description
An assortment of Victorian-era hand-chased gilt brass buttons, dating from approximately 1850 to 1890. These items are buttons featuring a wide array of intricate designs, including floral motifs, sunburst patterns, and complex geometric textures. The collection is mounted on a white display card with a printed label reading GILTS (HAND-CHASED) DIVISION I. A handwritten pencil note on the reverse identifies the lot as no 2 Card Hand chased Gilts, 1850-1890 Victorian times. The buttons are arranged in a diamond pattern on the mounting board.
Display card: 11 x 8.5 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
