Description
World War Two U.S. Navy VB-14 squadron patch. The patch is decal on leather. Measures 4.375″ x 4″. Established as Bombing Squadron Fourteen (VB-14) on September 1, 1943. This Disney designed insignia was approved by the Office of Chief of Naval Operations – CNO on October 13,1943. VB-14 deployed on (CV-18) USS Wasp where they flew the Curtiss SB2C-3 Helldiver. Pick up is Sunday, March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
