World War One Imperial German Wurttemberg Certificate lot for award of the Iron Cross 1st Class and Iron Cross 2nd Class to _ _ _ _ Ziegler of the 4th Wurttemberg Field Artillery Regiment No. 65. There are a total of 4 certificates; 2 that pertain to the award of the Iron Cross 2nd Class September 15,/1914 and two for the award of the 1st Class Iron Cross on May 5, 1917. Three of the four documents bear the stamp of the Wurttemberg Field Artillery Regiment No. 65, and one document bears the stamp of the Commanding General of the XIII (Royal Wurttemberg) Army Corps. Three of the documents measures 9.44″ x 10.125″. The smaller certificate is 6.625″ x 7.94″. Overall very good condition with some wear and fold marks. Pick up is Sunday, March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
