Description
This Rogers & Spencer Army Model percussion revolver features a 7.5-inch octagonal barrel and is chambered in .44 caliber. The top strap is stamped with the manufacturer mark ROGERS & SPENCER / UTICA N-Y. The firearm is constructed of steel with a blued finish and features smooth walnut grips. The left side of the grip exhibits a clear RPB military inspector cartouche, with additional individual inspector marks found throughout the frame, cylinder, and barrel. The serial number 2735 is stamped on the frame, cylinder, and barrel. This lot includes a later fitted wooden presentation case, a vintage Union Metallic Cartridge Co. tin of percussion caps, and an assortment of lead bullets. Barrel length: 7.5 inches Caliber: .44. This item is either black powder or manufactured in or before 1898 (and does not take readily available ammunition), and thus does not require an FFL or background check. We can hand out to you at pickup or ship to the address of your choice. In-house shipping available.
