Description
A Colt Model 1849 Pocket Revolver, .31 caliber percussion, featuring a 4-inch octagonal barrel and a five-shot cylinder. The firearm is constructed with a steel frame, barrel, and cylinder, complemented by a brass trigger guard and backstrap with smooth walnut grips. Visible markings include the barrel address ADDRESS SAML COLT NEW YORK CITY and COLTS PATENT on the left side of the frame. Matching serial number 165032 is stamped on the frame, barrel, cylinder, trigger guard, and backstrap. The brass butt strap features the engraved initials G.M.B. Barrel length: 4 inches. This item is either black powder or manufactured in or before 1898 (and does not take readily available ammunition), and thus does not require an FFL or background check. We can hand out to you at pickup or ship to the address of your choice. In-house shipping available.
