Description
This set consists of U.S. military vehicle seating components, specifically a padded canvas seat back and two aluminum support rails, likely intended for troop seating in tactical vehicles such as the M113 armored personnel carrier or M35 series trucks. The seat back is constructed from heavy-duty Olive Drab cotton duck canvas with integrated padding. The assembly includes six heavy-duty webbing straps equipped with metal snap fasteners for attachment to a vehicle frame. The reverse side of the canvas is stenciled with the part number P/N 11630465 in black ink. The two matching support rails are manufactured from hollow, square-profile aluminum tubing. These rails feature circular mounting and adjustment holes fitted with plastic grommet inserts and are finished with rounded polymer end caps.
The seat back measures approximately 35.5 inches in length.
The aluminum rails measure approximately 32 inches in length. We do our best to describe all items in the sale, and we definitely take a ton of photos. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
