This is a 10 troy ounce silver bullion bar produced by the private refiner Sunshine Minting. The obverse of the bar features the company logo, which depicts a soaring eagle positioned in front of a sunburst, encircled by the text SUNSHINE MINTING. Below the logo, the bar is stamped with its metal content, purity, and weight: .999 FINE SILVER and 10 OUNCES. A blank rectangular field intended for a serial number is located at the bottom. The reverse of the bar is decorated with a repeating diagonal pattern of sunbursts. In the center is a frosted circular security feature containing the repeating text MINT MARK SI. This feature is a proprietary security measure designed to be verified with a specialized decoder lens. The bar is contained within a clear plastic heat-sealed sleeve.
