Description
This extensive collection features a diverse assortment of vintage American glassware, primarily focused on early to mid-20th-century food preservation and beverage distribution. The lot is headlined by several aqua-colored Ball Ideal jars featuring wire bail closures and Ball Perfect Mason jars, alongside Atlas E-Z Seal jars. Branded beverage containers include a 7-Up bottle with the You Like It It Likes You slogan, a Pepsi-Cola bottle with applied color labeling, and a Choc-ola chocolate beverage bottle. A notable regional piece is an embossed amber glass bottle from the Consumers Brewing Co. of Newark, Ohio. The collection includes a large quantity of vintage zinc canning lids, an original retail box for Ball brand zinc caps, and a single ceramic cup decorated with a traditional orange and blue dragon motif. The items are housed in period cardboard shipping boxes, including those with Ball and Markon markings. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
