Description
A J. Stevens & Co. Tip Up single-shot pocket pistol, also known as the Old Model, chambered in .32 RF. The firearm features a 3.5-inch steel barrel that transitions from an octagonal breech to a round muzzle. The frame is constructed of brass and features a spur trigger. The top of the barrel is stamped with the manufacturer’s mark J. STEVENS & CO. CHICOPEE FALLS MASS. PAT SEPT. 6 1864. The pistol is fitted with smooth wooden bird’s head grips. The action employs a tip-up barrel mechanism for loading and unloading. Barrel length: 3.5 inches Caliber: .32 RF. This item is either black powder or manufactured in or before 1898 (and does not take readily available ammunition), and thus does not require an FFL or background check. We can hand out to you at pickup or ship to the address of your choice. In-house shipping available.
