Be sure to watch our video to see action condition. A Starr Arms Co. Model 1858 Double Action Army revolver, .44 caliber. This percussion firearm features a 6-inch round barrel and smooth walnut grips. The left side of the frame is stamped STARR ARMS CO. NEW YORK. The serial number 20357 is visible on the cylinder, frame, and other major components. The revolver exhibits numerous military inspector markings, including single-letter stamps on various steel parts and a visible inspector cartouche on the left grip. The construction consists of a blued steel frame and cylinder. Barrel length: 6 inches. This item is either black powder or manufactured in or before 1898 (and does not take readily available ammunition), and thus does not require an FFL or background check. We can hand out to you at pickup or ship to the address of your choice. In-house shipping available. Pick up is Saturday, March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
