Description
A collection of vintage and antique glass buttons presented on several organized display boards and cards. The assortment features a variety of glass types including clambroth, opaline, and lacy glass. Decorative techniques include hand-painted details, metallic inlays, and molded figural designs such as classical-style busts, stars, and floral motifs. Several boards are categorized according to button society standards with labels such as Antiquarian and Clambroth or Opaline. The lot includes a Second Prize award ribbon and an entry form from the 2015 Buckeye State Button Society competition. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
