Description
This extensive collection of antique and vintage buttons is presented on several mounting boards, many of which are organized under the category of Whistles. The buttons are crafted from a variety of materials including vegetable ivory, glass, china, metal, pearl, shell, horn, and composition. One display board includes a blue First Prize ribbon and an entry tag from the Buckeye State Button Society, featuring categorical labels such as Realistic, Slag glass, United shell, and Rubber IRCo Goodyear 1851. The buttons showcase a range of decorative styles, including geometric forms, pictorial designs, and various inlays. The collection includes a specific grouping labeled Glass Whistles (42). Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
