Description
An assortment of early-to-mid-20th-century decorative metal items including buttons, buckles, brooches, and pendants. This collection features various styles with Art Nouveau and Art Deco influences, constructed from base metals with silver-tone and gold-tone finishes. Decorative elements include faceted purple glass stones, molded iridescent glass, black cabochons, and teal enamel or glass centers. Notable pieces include a large interlocking silver-tone clasp with filigree work and deep purple stones, a pair of circular openwork medallions with central teal cabochons, and a hammered gold-tone clasp in a stylized fan shape set with a purple stone. The group includes several two-piece interlocking dress or belt buckles, alongside items designed as buttons and decorative jewelry components.
