Description
A collection of vintage and antique metal buttons and decorative jewelry components. The assortment includes various metal finishes such as silver-toned, brass-toned, gold-toned, and black-toned. Many items feature shank-style backs for sewing applications. Notable components include a three-section silver-toned buckle featuring cherub masks and scrolled foliage, a large octagonal brass-toned medallion with relief patterns, and filigree circular buttons set with multi-colored glass stones. The group also contains rhinestone-encrusted floral-shaped buttons, textured black-toned rosettes, and buttons with geometric and honeycomb motifs in gold and bronze tones. Two rectangular brass-toned plates feature cross cut-outs over red textile backing.
Large buckle: approximately 6.5 inches in length
Octagonal medallion: approximately 3 inches in width
Small buttons: ranging from 0.5 to 1.25 inches in diameter Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
