Description
This collection of buttons is presented on two original vintage display cards. The first card is titled Schaefer’s Classification of Black Glass Buttons, Card No. 4, and features a variety of black glass buttons organized into a grid by specific styles such as ball, faceted, etched, and jeweled in metal. This card includes handwritten notations and several empty mounting points. The second card is a De Luxe Style E-Z-TO-MOUNT BUTTON CARD from Hillside Studio of Holyoke, Massachusetts, displaying various ornamental buttons with designs including floral motifs, geometric patterns, and iridescent shell inlays. The collection includes buttons composed of molded glass, metal, and mother-of-pearl, reflecting Victorian and mid-20th-century styles.
Measurements: Each card approximately 9.25 by 11.5 inches. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
