Description
An assortment of gilt metal buttons featuring various embossed, engraved, and textured motifs. These items are buttons constructed with metal loop shanks. The collection includes diverse designs such as floral patterns, geometric shapes, stars, and intricate scrollwork. Some examples incorporate enamel or contrasting metal inserts. The buttons are mounted on two grid-patterned display cards. One card includes a printed label reading GILTS, SMALL and handwritten notations including metal loop shank and Small 2/p. A separate identification tag is marked DIVISION I. The motifs suggest a mix of decorative fashion and heraldic-style buttons.
The display cards measure approximately 11 by 8.5 inches. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
