Description
An assortment of antique and vintage buttons featuring various inlaid designs, presented on two display boards. These items are buttons crafted from materials including horn, wood, and dark composition, with decorative inlays of iridescent mother-of-pearl, abalone, brass, and other metals. The collection includes a variety of shapes such as round, oval, hexagonal, triangular, square, and teardrop. Decorative motifs range from geometric and celestial stars to floral and faunal subjects, including birds and butterflies. One display is a professional board labeled INLAID by JUNES CREATIONS – Design No. 35, 42S. The second board features buttons arranged in a diamond pattern with handwritten notations such as DRAGON and TORTOISE OVER HORN.
Display boards: 12 x 9 inches each Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
