Description
A collection of Division I pictorial metal picture buttons featuring a diverse array of relief-cast and stamped designs. The group includes various subject matters such as animals including birds, squirrels, dragons, swans, and deer, as well as human figures, cherubs, architectural structures like castles and buildings, and botanical motifs including grapes and floral patterns. The buttons are constructed from various metals with brass-tone, silver-tone, copper-tone, and blackened finishes, with select examples featuring enameled accents. The items are presented on a mounting board with handwritten descriptive labels identifying the specific subject matter for many of the buttons.
The mounting board measures approximately 11 inches in height.
Individual buttons range from approximately 0.5 inches to 1.5 inches in diameter. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. We will charge a $5 fee if you want to pick this lot up another day. Once packed up we will send you an invoice for shipping & handling. Shipping questions: [email protected].
