Description
This circular cast metal relief plaque features a central depiction of a mounted cavalry soldier in profile. The figure is outfitted in a military uniform and helmet reflecting a late 19th or early 20th-century style. The composition is framed by a decorative braided border. The plaque is finished with a dark, aged patina, revealing brass or bronze-toned highlights on the raised relief surfaces. The reverse side of the plaque displays a recessed impression of the obverse design and is fitted with a triangular metal hanging loop at the top edge. Diameter: 8 inches . Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
