Description
Powers On. This lot features a Jet model JWL-1642EVS electronic variable speed wood lathe with a 16-inch swing capacity and 42-inch distance between centers. The unit is powered by a Jet 1.5 HP, 230V, 4.5 Amp, 3-phase TEFC motor with a rated speed of 1720 RPM (Serial No. K 001416). It is equipped with a Delta Electronics model VFD007S11A variable frequency drive, enabling operation on 115V, 1-phase input power. The headstock control panel includes a digital RPM display, two speed ranges (Low: 0-1200 RPM and High: 0-3200 RPM), a forward/reverse switch, and a red emergency stop button. The lathe is constructed with a cast iron bed, headstock, and tailstock and comes mounted on its original factory stand. Accessories include a swing-away wire safety guard, a tool rest with locking lever, a tailstock with handwheel, an under-bed wire storage basket, and a side-mounted tool rack. The machine bears UL and CE safety certifications.
