Description
Powers On. A lot comprising two stationary woodworking power tools mounted on custom-built wooden stands. The primary unit is a Delta Model No. 22-540 portable thickness planer with a 12 inch by 5.9 inch capacity. The manufacturer’s label indicates technical specifications including 120V, 15 Amps, 60 Hz, Phase 1, and an 8,000 RPM cutterhead speed. The serial number is S9145, and it was manufactured in Taiwan for Delta International Machinery Corp. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The unit features a black outfeed table and a power switch with a red safety key. The second machine is a vintage jointer featuring a cast iron bed and adjustable fence. The swing-away blade guard is embossed with the Craftsman brand name. This jointer is powered by a separate General Electric motor mounted to the lower tier of the stand and connected via a belt drive. The motor features a metal nameplate and the GE logo on the end cap. A manual toggle power switch is housed in a gray metal electrical box mounted to the stand. Both machines are supported by stands constructed from structural lumber and plywood. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
