Description

An assortment of vintage power and hand tools housed in a large, custom-built workshop chest. The chest is constructed from plywood with metal hardware and latches, featuring a natural wood finish on the upper portion and a black-painted lower section. Included power tools consist of a Black and Decker Type No. 7530 Two Speed Jig Saw with an orange body, a Black and Decker No. 7420 Type 1 Deluxe Dual Action Sander with a silver-toned metal body, a Black and Decker double-insulated drill with a yellow and orange housing, and a gray metal right-angle attachment with an orange handle. Hand tools include a black-bodied Stanley block plane with brass adjustment knobs and a yellow plastic Stanley wall-mount rack containing an assortment of flat-head and Phillips screwdrivers. One screwdriver is marked 41433 MADE IN U.S.A. BF. The collection also includes a wooden box containing various wood-boring auger bits, a large heavy-duty ratchet with a socket, and a Sears Craftsman Cotter Pin Extractor in its original packaging. Printed material includes a Parts List for 10-F Series Atlas Lathes manual from the Atlas Press Co. of Kalamazoo, Michigan, dated June 1966. Additional items include files, wood rasps, Allen wrenches, and various shop sundries.
