Description
A diverse assortment of O-scale (O-gauge) model railroad structures, track, and layout equipment primarily manufactured by M.T.H. Electric Trains (RailKing) and Menards. The collection features several large plastic and resin structures, including a gray National Power & Light plant, a Menards Dollar Store strip mall with branded storefronts, a Krispy Kreme Doughnuts shop with a separate tall storefront sign, and a First City Bank corner building. Additional structures include a blue industrial building with a Pepsi water tower, a Sinclair gas station, and a boxed MTH RailKing Fun In Action series modern building. Layout accessories include multiple silver-finished metal truss bridges, several light-up billboards marked Menards with Budweiser and Pepsi advertisements, a metal windmill, and various scenery pieces such as frosted pine trees. The track consists of a large quantity of three-rail O-gauge sections, including traditional tubular metal track and integrated roadbed track. Power equipment includes a large black tabletop transformer with a central speed dial and toggle switches for momentum, direction, and braking. Also included is a white Mack cement truck and a bag of assorted die-cast vehicles such as a Hershey’s pickup truck and various passenger cars. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The items are in varied, used condition. Several buildings appear intact and displayable, while others, specifically the Piggly Wiggly supermarket, are in partial pieces. Electrical components, including the power controller and light-up accessories, are untested. Some sections of the tubular metal track show light surface oxidation. The items are loose and housed in plastic storage totes and cardboard boxes, with the exception of one boxed MTH structure.
