Description
An assortment of sports trading cards consisting of several thousand items housed in a four-row cardboard storage box. The collection features a mixture of baseball and football cards across several eras, with a heavy emphasis on the late 1980s and early 1990s baseball sets and modern football cards from approximately 2020 through 2022. Brands represented include Topps, Donruss, Fleer, Upper Deck, Leaf, and Sage. Visible baseball cards include 1985 Topps 701 Tony Gwynn All-Star and 315 Bob Boone; 1988 Topps 300 John Tudor, 125 Jim Clancy, 362 Andy Allanson, 41 Larry Sheets, and 651 Prospects; 1988 Donruss 204 Joel Skinner; 1988 Fleer 272 Von Hayes; 1990 Upper Deck 403 John Shelby; and 1991 Upper Deck 63 Jeff Blauser and Mark Lemke. Modern football cards include Kyren Williams (Sage Hit), Cole Kmet (Leaf Draft), and Jermaine Johnson II (Leaf and Sage). The cards are stored loose in rows and appear to be primarily base cards with some inserts. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The cards are in raw, ungraded condition. Visible top cards generally range from Excellent to Near Mint condition. Some cards show varying degrees of centering and corner wear consistent with age and storage. The interior contents of the stacks have not been individually inspected for condition or completeness. The lot is sold as a bulk collection.
